ELVN Interiors is a renovation execution and project management company based in Dubai. We work with property investors, landlords, and homeowners who need their renovation delivered with structure, cost certainty, and accountability.

We are not a traditional interior design studio. We do not sell mood boards and leave you to manage the build. We manage the entire renovation process, from permits and procurement through to snagging and handover, so that your property is transformed on budget, on time, and to the standard the market demands.

Every project we take on is delivered through one of three service tiers. Each tier gives you a different level of involvement and control, so you pay for exactly the management your project requires.

turnkey execution

For clients who want zero involvement and absolute certainty.

You hand us the keys, approve the design and budget, and we deliver the finished property. From approved design to final handover, we take full responsibility for design, cost, timeline, and quality — operating within a fixed scope and a vetted subcontractor stack.

Every cost is tracked. Every milestone is reported weekly. Every variance is flagged before it becomes a problem. You deal with one accountable partner, not multiple moving parts.

This is our most popular tier for overseas investors, busy landlords, and anyone flipping a property who needs speed and discipline without being on site every day.

managed construction

For clients who want strategic control without the chaos.

You retain decision authority. You have your own design vision, your own architect, or your own ideas about what the finished property should look like. What you need is someone to take that approved plan and execute it with discipline.

We coordinate subcontractors, control the bill of quantities, enforce programme integrity, and oversee quality and compliance on your behalf. You stay in the loop on every decision that matters. We handle everything that does not need your attention.

This tier is ideal for homeowners who want to be involved in the creative direction but do not want to spend their days chasing contractors and managing site logistics.

Project Management

For clients who already have a contractor but want independent protection.

You have appointed your own contractor and the work is underway — or about to begin. What you need is a second pair of eyes with no commercial interest in the build itself. Someone who is on your side of the table, tracking costs, monitoring quality, and holding your contractor accountable to the agreed scope and timeline.

Our Project Management Oversight service gives you exactly that. We act as your independent representative on site, providing structured reporting, variance tracking, and quality control so that your renovation stays on track and your budget stays intact.

This tier is particularly valued by investors managing renovations remotely, or by homeowners who have been burned by a previous contractor and want professional oversight on the next project.
